Carina González

Carina González has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, corporate transactions, and strategic advisory, developed both in multinational companies and in independent projects.

She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia (UV) and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Louis (Missouri). She has completed the Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School and has served as a lecturer in MBA programs, teaching courses in long-term finance and business valuation.

She began her career at KPMG in the audit division. She later worked in the finance department of the U.S. pharmaceutical company Baxter Healthcare as CFO for Spain and Portugal, where she led multiple acquisition, merger, and divestment projects in a multinational environment. Subsequently, she oriented her career toward corporate transaction advisory, advising numerous companies in buy-side and sell-side processes.
